You can tell this is high-quality chocolate by how strong the flavor is! Since it has coconut sugar, it's not too sweet. Fans of dark chocolate should definitely try this.
The gems are more solid than soft, so they give a satisfying crunch when you bite into them. They are larger than your average chocolate chip, so they would probably make some awesome cookies! I haven't tried them for baking just yet, but I'll edit the review once I do.
