I am a huge fan of many of their bars, and the company itself. That said, I was really looking forward to trying this raspberry filled bar as I adore their caramel filled bar, but I was disappointed. For some reason, I thought the raspberry filling would be denser and almost chewy, like old fashioned preserves. When the filling is this thin, and it didn’t run all over the place, but it was thinner than I would’ve preferred, I can’t eat a square slowly. If you don’t do that, this will not be a deterrent to your enjoyment, as the flavor is quite good, which is why I gave it three stars.
