Frankly garlic taste with a slight parmesan flavour. I liked the spice, its taste is not sharp, similar to chips spices. Anyone who doesn't like garlic should not take it. I personally love the garlic and parmesan flavor. It can be used with french fries, not just popcorn. The size of the box is large, it can sit with you for a year.
